Legal terms for your Indonesia account

We keep the legal side of your account clear: access depends on local law, and every request follows the same record trail from login to support reply.

CONTACT PATHS

How to reach our legal desk

The fastest route is the signed-in account menu, where we can match your request before we answer. If you prefer email or live chat, we accept both and keep the same identity check, so your request stays tied to the correct account and record trail.

Team online

Live chat

Open live chat from the footer or account menu, then choose the legal request path. We use it for access checks, correction requests, and account-holder confirmation during our daily 08:00-22:00 WIB support window.

Email

Send your account email, the request type, and any screenshot to our legal inbox. We reply in order and keep the thread attached to your account record for later follow-up or correction.

Signed-in form

On mobile or desktop, open Account > Legal Requests to submit changes or ask for a copy of stored data. This form appears only after sign-in, so we can verify the record before we act.

DATA AND ACCESS

How we handle data and access

Our legal handling starts with minimising what we keep: account details, login logs, device signals, and request history, nothing more than we need to operate the record.

Data use

We store the account email, sign-in time, and request history so we can answer disputes and confirm who asked for a change. We do not use that record for unrelated messaging.

Cookies

Cookies keep your session alive, remember form fields, and reduce repeated verification on the same device. You can clear them in your browser settings on Android, iPhone, or desktop.

Security

We ask for a fresh sign-in, a recent device check, or a one-time code before changing sensitive details. If a request looks unusual, we pause it and ask you to confirm through chat.

Retention

We keep legal and support records only as long as needed for account safety, dispute handling, and local record rules. After that, the file is removed or anonymised.

Changes

To request corrections, open Account > Legal Requests, attach the details that need fixing, and send the proof we ask for. We compare the request with the stored profile before updating anything.

Contact

If you need a copy, correction, or deletion request, reach us through live chat or email from the signed-in account. That lets us match the request to the right record before we respond.

Legal questions we answer often

These are the requests we handle most often: data copies, account corrections, access checks, and record questions. We answer from the signed-in account so we can match the person, device, and request trail. If a request reaches us from Indonesia, we still check local law first and only act where local law permits, whether you wrote from mobile or desktop.

Yes. From your signed-in account, you can ask for the account email, login history, device signals, and support thread attached to your record. We send what is allowed and keep the rest private.

We check whether the request is allowed under local law, then verify the account holder through chat, email, or the signed-in form. If the request conflicts with local law, we limit access or decline the action.

Yes. Open Account > Legal Requests, describe the change, and attach the proof we ask for. We verify the current sign-in first, then update the file and keep the previous record for audit purposes.

Cookies help keep your session active and remember form state on the same device. If you clear them, you may need to sign in again and re-enter any saved request details before we can act.

We handle record changes only from the account holder, using the signed-in account or the matching email address. If a request comes from a different contact, we ask for extra proof before moving ahead.

We keep support and legal records only for as long as needed for safety, dispute handling, and local record rules. After that period, we remove or anonymise the file so it no longer points back to you.
